DPP substrate

Fluorogenic substrate for dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPIV, DPPIV, CD26) (kcat/Km=2,6×105s-1M-1), DPPII/VII, DPP8 and DPP9, FAP (fibroblast activation protein), and likely POP/PREP, but not glutamate carboxypeptidase II. Can be used in vitro, for inhibitor screening, and in biological fluids. Ex = 380 nm, Em=460 nm.
