The Pierce™ Mouse IgG1 Fab and F(ab')2 Preparation Kits use immobilised ficin protease to efficiently digest mouse IgG1 into Fab or F(ab')2 fragments.

- Immobilised ficin (beaded agarose resin) provides for control of the digestion reaction and complete removal of resulting antibody fragments from the proteolytic enzyme
: Kit includes ficin agarose (2,5 ml), cysteine-HCl (1 g), mouse IgG1 digestion buffer (120 ml), NAb™ Protein A Plus spin column (1×1 ml), Protein A binding buffer (120 ml), IgG elution buffer (120 ml), Zeba desalt spin columns, 7K MWCO (10×2 ml), spin columns (10×0,8 ml) and microcentrifuge tubes(30×2 ml).
