Serumflaschen sind ideal für die lang- und kurzfristige Probenaufbewahrung und als Lyophilisations- und Impfstoff-/Injektionsarzneimittelbehälter geeignet. Diese gegossenen Flaschen besitzen eine hervorragende Wandfestigkeit und ausgezeichnete chemische Toleranzen, was für Lagerungsanwendungen sehr wichtig ist. Die Flaschen werden aus gegossenem Borosilikatglas Wheaton 400 gefertigt, das den USP Typ I-Anforderungen entspricht. Die Flaschen werden in Schrumpffolienmodulen mit Trennwänden verpackt (mit Ausnahme der 2-ml-Flaschen, bei denen keine Trennwände vorhanden sind).

These sterile ready-to-use media are filled in autoclavable and break-proof polycarbonate bottles (50 and 250 ml). The composition of the various types of media, comply with the formulations specified in the pertinent standards and regulations. Whereas the liquid media can be used immediately, the agar media first have to be remelted in a water bath at 90 to 100 °C. Once they have cooled down to around 50 °C you can pour agar plates in different sizes and thicknesses to meet your individual demands.
