Der EnteroPluri-Test ist ein 12-Sektoren-System mit speziellen Kulturmedien, das die Identifizierung von Enterobacteriaceae und anderen gramnegativen, oxidasenegativen Bakterien ermöglicht. Das System ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Beimpfung aller in den Sektoren vorhandenen Medien und die Durchführung von 15 biochemischen Reaktionen. Die Identifizierung des Mikroorganismus erfolgt anhand der Farbänderung der verschiedenen Kulturmedien nach 18 bis 24 Stunden Inkubation bei 36 ±1 °C und einer Codenummer, die aus der Auswertung der biochemischen Reaktion gewonnen wird. Oxidase, Kovacs Reagenz Indol (z. B. 1.00181.0002, 1.09293.0100, 1.11350.0001) und Codebuch sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Hold the bottle in the other hand and lightly apply pressure to the sampling area using the agar-agar slide; or 2. Apply directly to the middle of the swab brush if you have completed a swab sample; or 3. Immerse the agar-agar slide in the liquid to analyse. 4. Insert the slide into the bottle and screw back on. Place in the oven at 37 °C for 24/48 hours. To detect yeasts, increase the incubation by 24/48 hours at 25/30 °C.

TRYPTIC SOY BROTH - BAG is ready to use liquid medium in bag that supports the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms, especially common aerobic and facultatively anaerobic bacteria and fungi, formulated in accordance with ISO 10560:1993. The addition of agar in a concentration 0,1 to 0,2% makes the medium suitable for the growth of obligate anaerobes.
