Ein einfach zu bedienendes Fernreagenzienhandhabungssystem kann Reagenzienflaschen aus Großbehältern über die Retorte und einen an das Prozessormodul angeschlossenen Schlauch entleeren und nachfüllen. Das dreistufige Retortenentleerungssystem ist darauf ausgelegt, die Reagenzienverschleppung zu minimieren. Eine mehrsprachige Touchscreen-Benutzeroberfläche in Kombination mit einer grafischen Programmanzeige ermöglicht es auch unerfahrenen Bedienern, sich schnell mit dem System vertraut zu machen. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit wird durch die direkt zugängliche Online-Hilfe für jeden einzelnen Verarbeitungsschritt, RemoteCare™, noch weiter unterstützt.
