Vivaflow® 50 und 200 sind gebrauchsfertige Crossflow-Kassetten für die Filtration und Aufkonzentration von Proben von 100 ml bis 3 l oder 500 ml bis 5 l. Die Membranoberfläche pro Einheit beträgt 50 cm² bzw. 200 cm². Die Einheiten werden mit dem gesamten erforderlichen Zubehör für den Betrieb mit einer Laborpumpe und einem Pumpenkopf der Größe 16 geliefert. Für die Beschleunigung der Konzentration und eine Erhöhung des Volumendurchsatzes können bis zu sechs Vivaflow® 50 Kassetten bzw. zwei Vivaflow® 200 Kassetten miteinander verbunden werden. Optimal für Anwendungen wie das Aufkonzentrieren von Zellkulturüberständen und Viren sowie die Wasserkonzentration. Einfach zu bedienen und zuverlässig und flexibel einsetzbar.
