Anti-ATF2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
This gene encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. This protein binds to the cAMP-responsive element (CRE), an octameric palindrome. It forms a homodimer or a heterodimer with c-Jun and stimulates CRE-dependent transcription. This protein is also a histone acetyltransferase (HAT) that specifically acetylates histones H2B and H4 in vitro; thus it may represent a class of sequence-specific factors that activate transcription by direct effects on chromatin components. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2012].

Proteins that contain BTB domains are thought to be involved in transcriptional regulation via control of chromatin structure and function. ZBTB1 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 1), also known as KIAA0997, is a 713 amino acid nuclear protein that contains one BTB (POZ) domain and 8 C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZBTB2 is a 514 amino acid nuclear protein that contains one BTB (POZ) domain and 4 C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZBTB25, also known as ZNF46 or KUP, is a 435 amino acid nuclear protein that is expressed mainly in hematopoietic cells and testis and contains one BTB (POZ) domain and 2 C2H2-type zinc fingers.

Anti-SETD7 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
Histone methyltransferase that specifically monomethylates 'Lys-4' of histone H3. H3 'Lys-4' methylation represents a specific tag for epigenetic transcriptional activation. Plays a central role in the transcriptional activation of genes such as collagenase or insulin. Recruited by IPF1/PDX-1 to the insulin promoter, leading to activate transcription. Has also methyltransferase activity toward non-histone proteins such as p53/TP53, TAF10, and possibly TAF7 by recognizing and binding the [KR]-[STA]-K in substrate proteins. Monomethylates 'Lys-189' of TAF10, leading to increase the affinity of TAF10 for RNA polymerase II. Monomethylates 'Lys-372' of p53/TP53, stabilizing p53/TP53 and increasing p53/TP53-mediated transcriptional activation. Also able to demethylated 'Lys-372' of p53/TP53 in vitro.

Anti-DNAJB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)
Supplier: Bioss
The DnaJ family is one of the largest of all the chaperone families and has evolved with diverse cellular localization and functions. The presence of the J domain defines a protein as a member of the DnaJ family. DnaJ heat shock induced proteins are from the bacterium Escherichia coli and are under the control of the htpR regulatory protein. The DnaJ proteins play a critical role in the HSP 70 chaperone machine by interacting with HSP 70 to stimulate ATP hydrolysis. The proteins contain cysteine rich regions that are composed of zinc fingers that form a peptide binding domain responsible for the chaperone function. DnaJ proteins are important mediators of proteolysis and are involved in the regulation of protein degradation, exocytosis and endocytosis. DnaJB2 (DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 2), also known as HSJ1 or HSPF3, is expressed almost exclusively in the brain, with the highest levels in the frontal cortex and hippocampus. Two isoforms are produced due to alternative splicing.

Anti-GPR39 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
Zn(2+) acts as a agonist. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its effect is mediated mainly through G(q)-alpha and G(12)/G(13) proteins. Involved in regulation of body weight, gastrointestinal mobility, hormone secretion and cell death (By similarity).

Anti-CLSTN1/Calsyntenin 1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
Members of the calsyntenin protein family are localized to the post-synaptic membrane of exicitatory central nervous system (CNS) synapses. Calsyntenin-1, also known as CSTN1, PIK3CD, Alzheimer-related cadherin-like protein, non-classical cadherin XB31alpha, KIAA0911, ALC-ALPHA, alcalpha1, alcalpha2 or FLJ32258, is a 981 amino acid single-pass type I membrane protein that localizes to the membrane of endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, cell projections and postsynaptic cells. Expressed in brain, calsyntenin-1 is also found at lower levels in placenta, skeletal muscle, heart and kidney. Calsyntenin-1 binds synaptic Ca2+ with its cytoplasmic domain and plays a role in extracellular proteolysis. Calsyntenin-1 is also known to form a complex with X11 Beta and APP to suppress the metabolic cleavage of APP, and docks vesicular cargo to KLC1. Calsyntenin-1 may be related to the development or progression of Alzheimer’s disease, and two calsyntenin-1 isoforms are produced as a result of alternative splicing events.

Anti-MAPKAPK2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
Stress-activated serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in cytokines production, endocytosis, reorganization of the cytoskeleton, cell migration, cell cycle control, chromatin remodeling, DNA damage response and transcriptional regulation. Following stress, it is phosphorylated and activated by MAP kinase p38-alpha/MAPK14, leading to phosphorylation of substrates. Phosphorylates serine in the peptide sequence, Hyd-X-R-X(2)-S, where Hyd is a large hydrophobic residue. Phosphorylates ALOX5, CDC25B, CDC25C, ELAVL1, HNRNPA, HSF1, HSP27/HSPB1, KRT18, KRT2, LIMK1, LSP1, PABPC1, PARN, PDE4A, RCSD1, RPS6KA3, TAB3 and TTP/ZFP36. Mediates phosphorylation of HSP27/HSPB1 in response to stress, leading to dissociate HSP27/HSPB1 from large small heat-shock protein (sHsps) oligomers and impair their chaperone activities and ability to protect against oxidative stress effectively. Involved in inflammatory response by regulating tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and IL6 production post-transcriptionally: acts by phosphorylating AU-rich elements (AREs)-binding proteins ELAVL1, HNRNPA, PABPC1 and TTP/ZFP36, leading to regulate the stability and translation of TNF and IL6 mRNAs. Phosphorylation of TTP/ZFP36, a major post-transcriptional regulator of TNF, promotes its binding to 14-3-3 proteins and reduces its ARE mRNA affinity leading to inhibition of dependent degradation of ARE-containing transcript. Also involved in late G2/M checkpoint following DNA damage through a process of post-transcriptional mRNA stabilization: following DNA damage, relocalizes from nucleus to cytoplasm and phosphorylates HNRNPA and PARN, leading to stabilize GADD45A mRNA. Involved in toll-like receptor signaling pathway (TLR) in dendritic cells: required for acute TLR-induced macropinocytosis by phosphorylating and activating RPS6KA3.
