Anti-CDC25A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: Bioss

Cyclin dependent kinases are positively regulated by association with cyclins and negatively regulated by binding to inhibitory subunits. The activity of cyclin dependent kinases is also regulated by the phosphorylation status, which is controlled by the antagonistic action of Wee1 kinase and CDC25 phosphatases. Three CDC25 genes are present in human cells: CDC25A, CDC25B, and CDC25C. These three genes function at different phases of the cell cycle. Whereas CDC25A and CDC25B are expressed throughout the cell cycle, with peak expression in G1 for CDC25A and in both G1 S phase and G2 for CDC25B, CDC25C is predominantly expressed in G2.

Anti-ACBD3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

ACBD3 (acyl-CoA-binding domain-containing protein 3), also known as GCP60 (Golgi resident protein GCP60), GOCAP1, PAP7 or GOLPH1, is a Golgi apparatus membrane protein that contains one ACB (acyl-CoA-binding) domain and one GOLD (Golgi dynamics) domain which is essential for its interaction with other proteins. Expressed ubiquitously with highest expression in ovary and testis, ACBD3 is responsible for maintaining Golgi structure and, through binding to Giantin (golgin subfamily B member 1), functions to mediate protein transport between the Golgi and the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Changes in the subcellular location of ACBD3 trigger signaling cascades within the Golgi that regulate cell fate and cell cycle progression. Additionally, ACBD3 is thought to act as a peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptor-associated protein, possibly playing a role in hormonal regulation and steroid formation.

Anti-APLN Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

Apelin is a neuropeptide expressed in the supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei and is an endogenous ligand for APJ, a G protein-coupled orphan receptor which is an alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1. Apelin and APJ are ubiquitously expressed in peripheral tissues, with highest levels reported for heart and lungs, as well several regions within the central nervous system. The actions of apelin remain largely unknown: Apelin inhibits HIV-1 entry in cells coexpressing CD4 and APJ; the oral intake of Apelin in colostrum and breast milk could have a role in the modulation of the immune responses in neonates; more recent studies have also indicated a role for Apelin in the central control of body fluid homeostasis, by influencing AVP release and drinking behavior. In the cardiovascular system several actions of Apelin have been described, including endothelium-dependent vasodilatation, vasoconstriction through direct action on smooth muscle and positive inotropism.

Anti-C19orf29 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 680)

Supplier: Bioss

Consisting of around 63 million bases with over 1,400 genes, chromosome 19 makes up over 2% of human genomic DNA. Chromosome 19 includes a diversity of interesting genes and is recognised for having the greatest gene density of the human chromosomes. It is the genetic home for a number of immunoglobulin superfamily members including the killer cell and leukocyte Ig-like receptors, a number of ICAMs, the CEACAM and PSG family, and Fc receptors. Key genes for eye color and hair color also map to chromosome 19. Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, spinocerebellar ataxia type 6, the stroke disorder CADASIL, hypercholesterolemia and insulin-dependent diabetes have been linked to chromosome 19. Translocations with chromosome 19 and chromosome 14 can be seen in some lymphoproliferative disorders and typically involve the proto-oncogene BCL3. The C19orf29 gene product has been provisionally designated C19orf29 pending further characterisation.

Anti-LC3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-LC3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Ubiquitin-like modifier involved in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles (autophagosomes). Plays a role in mitophagy which contributes to regulate mitochondrial quantity and quality by eliminating the mitochondria to a basal level to fulfill cellular energy requirements and preventing excess ROS production. Whereas LC3s are involved in elongation of the phagophore membrane, the GABARAP/GATE-16 subfamily is essential for a later stage in autophagosome maturation. Promotes primary ciliogenesis by removing OFD1 from centriolar satellites via the autophagic pathway.

Anti-PDGFRB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: Bioss

This gene encodes a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. These growth factors are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. The identity of the growth factor bound to a receptor monomer determines whether the functional receptor is a homodimer or a heterodimer, composed of both platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha and beta polypeptides. This gene is flanked on chromosome 5 by the genes for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and macrophage-colony stimulating factor receptor; all three genes may be implicated in the 5-q syndrome. A translocation between chromosomes 5 and 12, that fuses this gene to that of the translocation, ETV6, leukemia gene, results in chronic myeloproliferative disorder with eosinophilia. Anti-TXLNB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

Beta-taxilin promotes nerve regeneration and may be involved in intracellular vesicle transport. Expressed predominantly in cardiac and skeletal muscle, beta-taxilin binds to the coiled coil region of the syntaxin family members STX1A, STX3A, and STX4A. Beta- and gamma-taxilins, bind to the alpha subunit of the nascent polypeptide-associated complex (NAC) and affect its nuclear distribution, suggesting that the taxilin family is involved not only in the translational process through its interaction with NAC but also in the transcriptional process through its interaction with alphaNAC alone.

Anti-LAPTM4A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: Bioss

Lysosomal-associated transmembrane protein 4A (LAPTM4A), also known as Golgi 4-transmembrane spanning transporter MTP, is a 233 amino acid protein belonging to the LAPTM5/LAPTM5 transporter family. LAPTM4A is subcellularly localized to the intracytoplasmic membrane and has the potential to reside in intracellular membrane-bound compartments. LAPTM4A is thought to function as a transporter of nucleosides and/or nucleoside derivatives between the cytosol and the lumen of intracellular compartments. LAPTM4A is predicted to have four transmembrane domains, with the C-terminal domain being required for retention of the protein within intracellular membranes.

Anti-LDB1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

The LIM-only (LMO) proteins, LMO1 and LMO2, are nuclear factors that are characterized by a conserved LIM domain. The LIM domain consists of a cysteine-rich zinc-binding motif that is present in a variety of transcription factors, including the LIM homeobox (LHX) proteins expressed in the central nervous system and involved in cell differentiation. LMO1 and LMO2 are expressed in the adult CNS in a cell type-specific manner, where they are differentially regulated by neuronal activity and are involved in regulating the cellular differentiated phenotype of neurons. LMO2 lacks a specific DNA-binding homeobox domain but rather assembles into transcriptional regulatory complexes to mediate gene expression by interacting with the widely expressed nuclear LIM interactor (NLI). NLI, known also as CLIM-1, and the related protein CLIM-2, facilitate the formation of heteromeric LIM complexes and also enhance the nuclear retention of LIM proteins. LMO2 and the related protein LMO4 are expressed in thymic precursor cells. LMO4 is also expressed in mature T cells, cranial neural crest cells, somite, dorsal limb bud mesenchyme, motor neurons, and Schwann cell progenitors.
