E-Z 96® Gesamt-RNA Kit

Das E-Z 96® Gesamt-RNA Kit wurde speziell zur Isolierung von zellulärer Gesamt-RNA aus bis zu 5 ×106 kultivierten Zellen oder weichen Geweben konzipiert. Dieses Kit kann eine oder mehrere Proben in weniger als 60 Minuten verarbeiten. Durch die HiBind® Kieselgelplatten-Technologie sind keine Phenol-/Chloroform-Extraktionen, CsCl-Gradienten-Ultrazentrifugationen und Fällungen mit Isopropanol oder LiCi mehr erforderlich. Die Proben werden in einem denaturierenden Lysepuffer, der RNasen inaktiviert, lysiert. Die Bindungsbedingungen werden angepasst und das Lysat wird in eine 96 Well HiBind® RNA-Platte übertragen, in der die RNA über drei Waschschritte aufgereinigt wird. Die qualitativ hochwertige RNA wird dann in RNase-freiem Wasser eluiert. Die mithilfe der E-Z 96® Total RNA-Methode aufgereinigte RNA ist bereit für Anwendungen wie RT-PCR, qPCR, Differential-Display, Mikroarrays und andere Folgeanwendungen.
