Cell culture flasks

These tissue culture flasks with vent or filter screw cap for optimum tissue growth. The growth area is opto-mechanical activated, which enhances cell adhesion and cell growth.

The hydrophobic PTFE membrane with pore size 0,22 µm of the filter screw cap offers protection to contamination and optimal sterile gas exchange at the same time. Geometry of the neck reduces risk of media slop and no dead corners, hence 100% cell retrieval with a pipette or cell scraper.

The Triple Bagged (3-B) packaging system meets the strict cleanroom standards wich prevents the contamination enters the highly sensitive area of production. Bags are security-opening style. The innermost bag 1 is labeled with the product details: product number, product description, lot number.Packaging is ideal for sterile transfer of products essential. Each product are packaged individually in a tear-open bag. Each bag is labeled with a security number: 3 = external, 2 = moderate, 1 = innermost bag. The safety-open-style peel-open bags are increasingly sized, so that during handling of one bag the next inner bag is not accidentally broken rendering it contaminated.

With the standard packaging, contamination adhering to the outside of the bag could be unintentionally carried into clean room areas. The 3-B packaging system prevents contamination from reaching highly sensitive production areas, thus significantly increasing safety for handling substances in a sterile environment.
