The B-411/ E-416 hydrolysis unit has been designed to carry out acidic hydrolysis of food and feed samples prior to solvent extraction.The hydrolysis procedure is required in a number of AOAC official methods to determine fat content of food samples including cheese, seafood, dressings, meat.
- Choice of 4 or 6 place units
- Simultaneous hydrolysis, filtration and rinsing of samples
- Glass sample tube with frit matches the extraction units
- Vacuum pump reduces filtration time
Ordering information: Buchi V-700 vacuum pump, is required for operation and must be ordered separately from the main unit.
Delivery information: Supplied with digestion vessels, sample tubes, aspiration tubes, caps for digestion vessels, stoppers for tubes and a 3 mm wrench.
