20× PBS Tween-20 can be used to prepare PBS-Tween (PBS-T) wash buffers for ELISA, western, and other immunoassays, as well as blocking buffer for plate-based assays. When diluted to 1× with water, 20× PBS Tween-20 makes 10 mm sodium phosphate, 0,15 M NaCl, 0,05% Tween™ 20 buffer at pH 7,5.
