Listeria Fraser Broth is a liquid medium used for the selective enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes and Listeraspp from food, animal feeding and environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling.

Formulation: 5,0 g/L of enzymatic digest of animal tissues, 5,0 g/L of enzymatic digest of casein, 5,0 g/L of meat extract, 5,0 g/L of yeast extract, 20,0 g/L of sodium chloride, 12,0 g/L of disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, 1,35 g/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1,0 g/L of aesculin, 3,0 g/L of lithium chloride, 0,02 g/L of nalidixic acid, 0,025 g/L of acriavine hydrochloride, 0,5 g/L of ammonium iron(III) citrate.

Store at 10 to 25 °C away from light. Do not use the product beyond its expiry date on the label or if product shows any evidence of contamination or any sign of deterioration. Disposal of waste must be carried out according to national and local regulations in force.
