Culture anaerobic and microaerophilic organisms by achieving the right atmospheric conditions using Oxoid™ AnaeroBox™ 3,5 L box with lid and seal.

The Box is designed to be used with Oxoid™ AnaeroGen™ 3,5 L sachet and Oxoid™ CampyGen™ 3,5 L sachet. The AnaeroGen 3,5 L Sachet produces an anaerobic atmosphere rapidly without the use of water or catalyst. No hydrogen is produced. The oxygen is absorbed rapidly without the build-up of pressure. The final atmosphere contains less than 1% oxygen supplemented with carbon dioxide - ideal for optimum growth of anaerobes and increased colony size. The CampyGen 3,5 L sachet produces a microaerophilic atmosphere rapidly without the use of water or catalyst. No hydrogen is produced. The oxygen is absorbed rapidly without the build-up of pressure. The final atmosphere contains an ideal microaerobic atmosphere of 8 to 9% oxygen and 7 to 8% carbon dioxide.
