  1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse TNF-alpha (Cat:50349-MNAE) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Mouse TNFRSF1AhFc (Cat:50496-M02H), the EC50 of Mouse TNFRSF1AhFc is 1.5-9.0 ng/ml.
  2. Measured by its ability to inhibit the TNFα-mediated cytotoxicity in the L-929 mouse fibroblast cells in the presence of the metabolic inhibitor actinomycin D. The ED50 for this effect is typically 15-65 ng/ml in the presence of 0.1 ng/ml of recombinant mouse TNFα.
