These columns are prepacked with MabSelect™ PrismA protein A chromatographyn resin that has been improved with an optimised high-flow agarose base matrix and a genetically engineered protein A-derived ligand, allowing efficient cleaning between purification runs. These columns are suitable for purifying antibodies with affinity chromatography in research and process development.

  • Enhanced binding capacity compared with other Protein A resins
  • Excellent alkaline stability enables efficient cleaning and sanitisation using 0,5 to 1,0 M NaOH
  • Convenient HiScreen™ format for easy connection to a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system such as an ÄKTA system
  • Convenient method optimisation and parameter screening enabled by the 10 cm bed height

MabSelect™ PrismA builds on the proven track record of MabSelect™ and MabSelect™ SuRe™ resins in commercial mAb production.

The columns are made of biocompatible PP that does not interact with biomolecules.

: Note that HiScreen™ columns cannot be opened or repacked.
