Hervorragende Retentionsleistung für ultrareine Filtration von Fotolack und photochemischen Lösungsmitteln direkt am Einsatzort.

  • Spontane Befeuchtung in Butylacetat, PGMEA, PGME, Ethyllaktat, MMP, Cyclohexanon, ECA, NMP und anderen photochemischen Lösungsmitteln
  • Optimiert für die Filtration von Fotolack, photochemischen Lösungsmitteln sowie wässrigen Chemikalien direkt am Einsatzort

Membran: UPE; Medienhalter: PE-HD

Maximale Betriebstemperatur: 40 °C

Maximaler Vorwärts-/Rückwärts-Differenzdruck: 2,7 bar bei 25 °C

Kompatibilität: PGMEA, PGME, NMP, Ethyllaktat, MMP und Cyclohexanon. Nicht empfohlen zur Verwendung mit Fotochemikalien, die aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe enthalten.
