TempliPhi™ Kits efficiently prepare micrograms of circular DNA from picogram input material. The DNA templates are prepared by rolling circle amplification (RCA) using bacteriophage Phi29 DNA polymerase. TempliPhi™ uses an isothermal method for the exponential amplification of circular DNA.
