HPLC-Pumpen

Der Zweck von HPLC-Pumpen besteht darin, einen konstanten Fluss der mobilen Phase durch die HPLC aufrechtzuerhalten, unabhängig vom Druck, der durch den Strömungswiderstand der gepackten Säule verursacht wird.
