PCR-Gefäße
Diese PCR-Röhrchen bestehen aus hochwertigem, reinem Polypropylen und verfügen über gleichmäßige dünne Wände für einen effizienten Wärmetransfer. Röhrchen und Verschlüsse sind mit den meisten führenden Thermocyclern kompatibel und autoklavierbar. Die Verschlüsse, entweder flach oder gewölbt erhältlich, passen perfekt und bilden eine gleichmäßige, dichte Abdichtung, die eine Verdunstung der Proben im Thermocycler verhindert. Die Röhrchen sind nicht-pyrogen und frei von RNasen und DNasen. Bestimmte Modelle sind in assortierten Sets mit farbcodierten Röhrchen erhältlich, um die Proben leicht identifizieren zu können.
