Assay-Puffer
Assay-Puffer sind Mischungen aus Puffern, Salzen, Detergenzien, Proteinen, Konservierungsmitteln und Farbstoffen. Diese Puffer werden in ELISA-Assays zur Verdünnung von Standards, Proben und Reagenzien sowie zum Blockieren unspezifischer Interaktionen verwendet. Puffer können einzeln oder in Kombination verwendet werden. Blockierungspuffer sind speziell dafür entwickelt, die konformationelle räumliche Anordnung von Proteinen in ihrem nativen gefalteten Zustand zu erhalten und so die biologische Aktivität des Proteins sicherzustellen.
