Klonpuffer
In der Molekularbiologie werden Klonierungspufferlösungen, die TRIS, Essigsäure, EDTA oder andere Bestandteile enthalten, typischerweise bei der Agarose-Gelelektrophorese eingesetzt, um Nukleinsäuren wie DNA und RNA zu trennen. Verschiedene Pufferformulierungen mit unterschiedlichen Basisbestandteilen stehen zur Verfügung. Diese Mischungen weisen unterschiedliche Pufferkapazitäten und Laufzeiten auf. Pufferlösungen schützen die Proben während verschiedenster chemischer Anwendungen vor pH-Wert-Veränderungen.
