Anti-PHB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
This antibody is predicted to react with bovine and rat based on sequence homology. PHB2 acts as a mediator of transcriptional repression by nuclear hormone receptors via recruitment of histone deacetylases. It functions as an estrogen receptor (ER)-selective coregulator that potentiates the inhibitory activities of antiestrogens and represses the activity of estrogens. It competes with NCOA1 for modulation of ER transcriptional activity and is probably involved in regulating mitochondrial respiration activity and in aging.

Anti-GPR3 Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse and rat based on sequence homology. GPR3, also known as ACCA, is a G-protein coupled receptor that constitutively activates adenylate cyclase and is highly expressed in the central nervous system. Overexpression of GPR3 stimulates the production of amyloid-beta peptide (Abeta), the deposition of which is one of the pathological hallmarks of Alzheimer 's disease (AD), while the ablation of GPR3 prevented the accumulation of Abeta in vitro and in an AD mouse model. This is of particular interest because of the proximity of a reported candidate Alzheimer 's disease (AD) locus, suggesting that GPR3 may be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of AD. GPR3 has also been shown to block the proliferation of cerebellar granule cell precursors (GCP) during postnatal development by inhibiting the Shh-induced proliferation of GCP, indicating that GPR3 activation may represent one of the signals that triggers the postnatal cell cycle exit and terminal differentiation of GPCs.

Anti-TIMP1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
TIMP1 belongs to the TIMP family. The proteins in this family are natural inhibitors of the matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), a group of peptidases involved in degradation of the extracellular matrix. In addition to its inhibitory role against most of the known MMPs, the protein is able to promote cell proliferation in a wide range of cell types, and may also have an anti-apoptotic function.

Anti-PI31/PSMF1 Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, canine, mouse and rat based on sequence homology. The 26S proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered structure composed of 2 complexes, a 20S core and a 19S regulator. The 20S core is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. The 19S regulator is composed of a base, which contains 6 ATPase subunits and 2 non-ATPase subunits, and a lid, which contains up to 10 non-ATPase subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway. An essential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome, is the processing of class I MHC peptides. This gene encodes a protein that inhibits the activation of the proteasome by the 11S and 19S regulators. Alternative transcript variants have been identified for this gene.

Anti-CYP7A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
This antibody is predicted to react with rabbit based on sequence homology. CYP7A1 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein catalyzes the first reaction in the cholesterol catabolic pathway in the liver, which converts cholesterol to bile acids. This reaction is the rate limiting step and the major site of regulation of bile acid synthesis, which is the primary mechanism for the removal of cholesterol from the body.

Anti-TGM2 Goat Polyclonal Antibody

Transglutaminases are enzymes that catalyze the crosslinking of proteins by epsilon-gamma glutamyl lysine isopeptide bonds. While the primary structure of transglutaminases is not conserved, they all have the same amino acid sequence at their active sites and their activity is calcium-dependent. The protein encoded by this gene acts as a monomer, is induced by retinoic acid, and appears to be involved in apoptosis. Finally, the encoded protein is the autoantigen implicated in celiac disease. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Anti-WT1 Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
This gene encodes a transcription factor that contains four zinc-finger motifs at the C-terminus and a proline/glutamine-rich DNA-binding domain at the N-terminus. It has an essential role in the normal development of the urogenital system, and it is mutated in a small subset of patients with Wilm's tumors. This gene exhibits complex tissue-specific and polymorphic imprinting pattern, with biallelic, and monoallelic expression from the maternal and paternal alleles in different tissues. Multiple transcript variants have been described. In several variants, there is evidence for the use of a non-AUG translation initiation site upstream of and in-frame with the first AUG. Authors of PMID:7926762 also provide evidence that WT1 mRNA undergoes RNA editing in human and rat, and that this process is tissue-restricted and developmentally regulated.

Anti-PI4K2A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Phosphatidylinositolpolyphosphates (PtdInsPs) are centrally involved in many biologic processes, ranging from cell growth and organization of the actin cytoskeleton to endo- and exocytosis. PI4KII phosphorylates PtdIns at the D-4 position, an essential step in the biosynthesis of PtdInsPs. PI4K II is activated by detergent and inhibited by adenosine. Overexpression of PI4KII in COS-7 cells increases synthesis of PtdIns4P. Some cells overexpressing PI4KII have scattered or no perinuclear Golgi. Knockdown of PI4KII by RNA interference (RNAi) does not disrupt the Golgi, and some cells show expanded Golgi. RNAi reduces the Golgi level of PtdIns4P and blocks the association between AP1 and the trans-Golgi network. PI4KII RNAi had little effect on intra-Golgi trafficking, but it inhibited export to plasma membrane export by 35%. It has been proposed that PI4KII generates PtdIns4P-rich domains within the Golgi that specify docking of the AP1 coat machinery.
