CD206, also named as MMR, CLEC13D and MRC1, is a type I membrane receptor that mediates the endocytosis of glycoproteins by macrophages. CD206 has been shown to bind high-mannose structures on the surface of potentially pathogenic viruses, bacteria, and fungi so that they can be neutralized by phagocytic engulfment. CD206 is a 170 kDa transmembrane protein which contains 5 domains: an amino-terminal cysteine-rich region, a fibronectin type II repeat, a series of eight tandem lectin-like carbohydrate recognition domains (responsible for the recognition of mannose and fucose), a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular carboxy-terminal tail. It is expressed on most tissue macrophages, in vitro derived dendritic cells, lymphatic and sinusoidal endothelia. This antibody recognizes the intracellular carboxy-terminal part of CD206 and MRC1L1.

GABARAPL2 (also known as Golgi-associated ATPase enhancer of 16 kDa; GATE-16) was originally characterized as a factor essential for intra-Golgi protein transport. Later GABARAPL2 along with LC3 and GABARAP, were identified as the homologs of yeast ATG8 which is a unique ubiquitin-like protein essential for autophagy. When induced GABARAPL2 is first digested by ATG4 family enzymes to become its mature form: GABARAPL2-I, later conjugated to PE lipid as lipidated form: GABARAPL2-II. The lipidated form migrates faster than its mature form on SDS-PAGE gel. GABARAPL2 is strongly expressed in the brain. This antibody is specific to GABARAPL2. Lamin A/C is also named as LMNA, FPL, LFP, EMD2, FPLD, HGPS, LDP1, LMN1. The lamin family of proteins make up the matrix and are highly conserved in evolution. During mitosis, the lamina matrix is reversibly disassembled as the lamin proteins are phosphorylated. Lamin proteins are thought to be involved in nuclear stability, chromatin structure and gene expression. Intraflagellar transport (IFT), mediated by molecular motors and IFT particles, is an important transport process that occurs in the cilium and has been shown to be essential for the assembly and maintenance of cilia and flagella in many organisms. IFT particles are multi-subunit complexes of proteins that functions to move non-membrane-bound particles from the cell body to the tip of cilium or flagellum, then return them to the cell body. BCL2L13/MIL1 gene encodes a mitochondrially-localized protein with conserved B-cell lymphoma 2 homology motifs. BLC2L13 gene is highest expressed in heart, placenta and pancreas. The encoded protein Bcl-rambo may promote the activation of caspase-3 and apoptosis.
