Anti-BIRC5 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Survivin Antibody: Apoptosis, or programmed cell death, is related to many diseases, such as cancer. Apoptosis is triggered by a variety of stimuli including members in the TNF family and prevented by the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) proteins. IAP proteins form a conserved gene family that binds to and inhibits cell death proteases. A novel IAP protein was recently identified and designated survivin, apoptosis inhibitor 4 (API4), and TIAP. Survivin/TIAP interacted with the processed form of caspase-3 and inhibited its proteolytic activity. Survivin/TIAP is predominantly expressed in tissues of embryos, transformed cell lines, and many human cancers and lymphomas.

Anti-ARR3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Arrestin 3 (ARR3) belongs to the Arrestin family of proteins that function as negative regulators of G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling. ARR3 binds the c-Jun N-terminal kinase 3 (JNK3) and scaffolds the apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1)-MAPK kinase4-JNK3 cascade in a receptor-independent fashion, promoting JNK3 phosphorylation. ARR3 also mediates the internalization of the C-C chemokine receptor CCR7 upon the binding of its ligand CCL19, but not CCL21, suggesting that it helps mediate CCR7 receptor desensitization.

Anti-FXYD7 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
FXYD7 Antibody: FXYD7 is a member of a family of small membrane proteins that share a 35-amino acid signature sequence domain, beginning with the sequence PFXYD and containing seven invariant and six highly conserved amino acids. The FXYD proteins are tissue-specific regulators of Na, K-ATPase, with FXYD7 initially identified as a brain-specific member. FXYD7 interacts with Na, K-ATPase through its transmembrane domain and is thought to influence the affinity of Na, K-ATPase for external K+ and Na+ ions. Other members of the FXDY family have similar functions: FXYD2 regulates the properties of Na, K-ATPase, while FXYD1 (phospholemman), FXYD3 (MAT-8), FXYD4 (CHIF), and FXYD5 (RIC) have been shown to induce channel activity in experimental expression systems.

Anti-KIF22 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
KIF22 a member of kinesin-like protein family. This family of proteins are microtubule-dependent molecular motors that transport organelles within cells and move chromosomes during cell division. The C-terminal half of this protein has been shown to bind DNA. Studies with the Xenopus homolog suggests its essential role in metaphase chromosome alignment and maintenance. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of kinesin-like protein family. Anti-GRINA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
GRINA Antibody: The transmembrane BAX inhibitor motif (TMBIM) family of proteins includes the founder member TMBIM6/BI-1, TMBIM1/RECS1 (responsive to centrifugal force and shear stress gene 1 protein), TMBIM2/LFG (life guard), TMBIM3/GRINA (glutamate receptor ionotropic NMDA protein 1), TMBIM4/GAAP (Golgi anti-apoptotic-associated protein), and TMBIM5/GHTIM (growth hormone-inducible transmembrane protein). They are highly conserved in mammals and zebrafish and contain a conserved BAX inhibitor-1 motif. GRINA is expressed in the brain and is a potential apoptotic regulator.

Anti-CERS5 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
LASS5 Antibody: The LASS (longevity assurance homolog) family members represent a subgroup of the homeobox gene family and are highly conserved from yeasts to mammals. Six members of this family of proteins have been characterized (LASS1-6) and all are involved in ceramide synthesis during cell growth regulation and cancer differentiation. LASS5, also called Trh4, is a 392 amino acid endoplasmic reticulum, multi-pass membrane protein. Functioning as a dihydro-ceramide synthase, LASS5 is involved in the production of sphingolipids containing mainly one fatty acid donor (N-linked palmitoyl-ceramide) in a fumonisin B1-independent manner. It uses palmitoyl-CoA as an acyl donor and is involved in the synthesis of C14, C16 and C18-ceramide. LASS5 is the most abundantly expressed and predominant ceramide synthase isoform in lung epithelia. Recent studies show that LASS5 partially correct growth and apoptosis.

Anti-TSLP Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
TSLP Antibody: Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) has recently been identified as an important factor capable of driving dendritic cell maturation and activation. TSLP is a four-helix-bundle cytokine that is expressed mainly by barrier epithelial cells and is a potent activator of several cell types such as myeloid dendritic cells. TSLP is involved in the positive selection of regulatory T cells, maintenance of peripheral CD4+ T cell homeostasis and the induction of CD4+ T cell-mediated allergic reaction. TSLP is also capable of supporting the growth of fetal liver and adult B cell progenitors and their differentiation to the IgM-positive stage of B cell development. Amino acid sequence analysis has shown poor homology between human and mouse TSLP although they exhibit similar biological functions and are expressed in similar tissues. At least two differentially spliced isoforms of TSLP are known to exist.

Anti-CDH8 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
CDH8 is a type II classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily, integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Mature cadherin proteins are composed of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small, highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular domain consists of 5 subdomains, each containing a cadherin motif, and appears to determine the specificity of the protein's homophilic cell adhesion activity. Type II (atypical) cadherins are defined based on their lack of a HAV cell adhesion recognition sequence specific to type I cadherins. This particular cadherin is expressed in brain and is putatively involved in synaptic adhesion, axon outgrowth and guidance. This gene encodes a type II classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily, integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion.
