Anti-ERBB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
ErbB2, a member of the EGF receptor family, is an essential component of a neuregulin-receptor complex, although neuregulins do not interact with it alone. GP30 is a potential ligand for this receptor. This protein is not activated by EGF, TGF-alpha and amphiregulin. ErbB2 potentially forms a heterodimer with each of the other ERBB receptors. An interaction with PRKCABP has been suggested. Ligand-binding to this Type I membrane protein may increase phosphorylation on tyrosine residues.

Anti-GABARAPL2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
GABARAPL2 (also known as Golgi-associated ATPase enhancer of 16 kDa; GATE-16) was originally characterized as a factor essential for intra-Golgi protein transport. Later GABARAPL2 along with LC3 and GABARAP, were identified as the homologs of yeast ATG8 which is a unique ubiquitin-like protein essential for autophagy. When induced GABARAPL2 is first digested by ATG4 family enzymes to become its mature form: GABARAPL2-I, later conjugated to PE lipid as lipidated form: GABARAPL2-II. The lipidated form migrates faster than its mature form on SDS-PAGE gel. GABARAPL2 is strongly expressed in the brain. This antibody is specific to GABARAPL2. It has no cross-reaction to other GABARAP protein.

Anti-CRB2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
CRB2 Antibody: CRB2 (Crumbs homolog 2), like its homologs CRB1 and CRB3, is similar to the Drosophila crumbs protein and is expressed in retina, brain and kidney. Along with other proteins, the Crumbs proteins form a complex that help set up cell polarity in developing neuroepithelial cells. At the onset of neural specification, embryonic stem cells (ESCs) upregulate CRB2, which then localizes apically in neural rosettes. Gain- and loss-of-function studies of CRB2 have shown that CRB2 is essential for the stabilization of other polarity proteins. Unlike CRB1, mutations in CRB2 do not appear to play a role in retinitis pigmentosa or in Leber congenital amaurosis.

Anti-NUMB Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Genetex
The NUMB and Numb-like genes are essential during nervous system development. Numb proteins function to maintain the self-renewal properties of all neural progenitor cells and could play similar roles in stem-cell maintenance in other tissues. Mice ablated for either NUMB or Numb-like in the nervous system are born normally, however deletion of both genes results in embryonic lethality (E11.5).

Anti-Neuroligin 1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)
Supplier: Bioss
Cell surface protein involved in cell-cell-interactions via its interactions with neurexin family members. Plays a role in synapse function and synaptic signal transmission, and probably mediates its effects by recruiting and clustering other synaptic proteins. May promote the initial formation of synapses, but is not essential for this. In vitro, triggers the de novo formation of presynaptic structures. May be involved in specification of excitatory synapses (By similarity).

Anti-TAF1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
Largest component and core scaffold of the TFIID basal transcription factor complex. Contains novel N- and C-terminal Ser/Thr kinase domains which can autophosphorylate or transphosphorylate other transcription factors. Phosphorylates TP53 on 'Thr-55' which leads to MDM2-mediated degradation of TP53. Phosphorylates GTF2A1 and GTF2F1 on Ser residues. Possesses DNA-binding activity. Essential for progression of the G1 phase of the cell cycle.

Anti-ZMYND11 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))
Supplier: Bioss
Chromatin reader that specifically recognizes and binds histone H3.3 trimethylated at 'Lys-36' (H3.3K36me3) and regulates RNA polymerase II elongation. Does not bind other histone H3 subtypes (H3.1 or H3.2) (By similarity). Colocalizes with highly expressed genes and functions as a transcription corepressor by modulating RNA polymerase II at the elongation stage. Acts as a tumor-suppressor by repressing a transcriptional program essential for tumor cell growth.

Anti-SCO1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
Human SCO1 and SCO2 are metallochaperones that are essential for the assembly of the catalytic core of cytochrome c oxidase (COX). SCO1 appears to be involved in the folding and assembly of cytochrome oxidase subunit II, and possibly of other proteins of this subcompartment. It is a 33 kDa protein which displays limited homology to members of the DnaJ family. It is also named as SCOD1 and belongs to the SCO1/2 family. It can exsit as a homodimer. Defects in SCO1 are a cause of mitochondrial complex IV deficiency (MT-C4D).

Anti-LHX8 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
LHX8 is a member of the LIM homeobox family. Members of this family share common structural features. They all contain 2 tandemly repeated cysteine-rich double-zinc finger motifs, called LIM domains, in addition to a homeodomain. The homeodomain is a DNA-binding domain, and the LIM domains are essential for regulating the activity of these molecules by interacting with other proteins. Members of the family are required for the patterning or the specification and differentiation of different cell types during embryonic development.

Anti-ARF3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) are members of the ARF family of GTP-binding proteins of the Ras superfamily, with 20kda protein size. ARFs bind and regulate GTP/GDP cycle by alternating between the active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound conformations. ARF family proteins are essential and ubiquitous in eukaryotes. Six highly conserved members of the family have been identified in mammalian cells. They function in vesicular traffic and actin remodelling and other bioprocesses in cells. ARF3 is 95% homolouous to ARF1. Its function was not fully understood. .The antibody is specific to ARF3. If has no cross reaction to other ARF members.

Human Recombinant HMGB1 (from E. coli)
Supplier: Prosci
HMGB1 was originally discovered as an essential DNA-binding protein for regulating p53, NF-kappaB and other important proteins. It is secreted from activated dentric cells, macrophage and nectrotic cells, and acts as a ligand for RAGE, TLR-2 and TLR-4 expressed on surrounding cells. As a result, HMGB1 activates Rac, CDC42 and NF-kappaB inducing localized innate immunity of damaged tissue, tissue regeneration by recruitment of stem cells and hemostasis by induction of tissue factor expression. HMGB1 is also causative agent of various diseases as it causes localized inflammation such as arteriosclerosis, chronic rheumatoid arthritis and nephritis.
