Anti-ESR2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))

Supplier: Bioss

Nuclear hormone receptor. Binds estrogens with an affinity similar to that of ESR1, and activates expression of reporter genes containing estrogen response elements (ERE) in an estrogen-dependent manner. Isoform beta-cx lacks ligand binding ability and has no or only very low ere binding activity resulting in the loss of ligand-dependent transactivation ability. DNA-binding by ESR1 and ESR2 is rapidly lost at 37 degrees Celsius in the absence of ligand while in the presence of 17 beta-estradiol and 4-hydroxy-tamoxifen loss in DNA-binding at elevated temperature is more gradual.

Anti-CUEDC1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

The coupling of ubiquitin conjugation to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) degradation (CUE) domain functions as a ubiquitin (UB) binding domain that is approximately 40 amino acids in length. Present in eukaryotic proteins that are involved in ubiquitination and protein trafficking pathways, CUE domains can bind monoubiquitin and may be required for ubiquitination of the proteins in which they are found. CUEDC1 (CUE domain-containing protein 1) is a 386 amino acid protein that contains one CUE domain, suggesting a possible role in protein trafficking and degradation pathways. Defects in the gene encoding CUEDC1 may be associated with early stage cervical cancer, implicating CUEDC1 as a potential tumor marker. Two isoforms of CUEDC1 exist due to alternative splicing events.

Anti-NBN Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))

Supplier: Bioss

Component of the MRE11-RAD50-NBN (MRN complex) which plays a critical role in the cellular response to DNA damage and the maintenance of chromosome integrity. The complex is involved in double-strand break (DSB) repair, DNA recombination, maintenance of telomere integrity, cell cycle checkpoint control and meiosis. The complex possesses single-strand endonuclease activity and double-strand-specific 3'-5' exonuclease activity, which are provided by MRE11A. RAD50 may be required to bind DNA ends and hold them in close proximity. NBN modulate the DNA damage signal sensing by recruiting PI3/PI4-kinase family members ATM, ATR, and probably DNA-PKcs to the DNA damage sites and activating their functions. It can also recruit MRE11 and RAD50 to the proximity of DSBs by an interaction with the histone H2AX. NBN also functions in telomere length maintenance by generating the 3' overhang which serves as a primer for telomerase dependent telomere elongation. NBN is a major player in the control of intra-S-phase checkpoint and there is some evidence that NBN is involved in G1 and G2 checkpoints. The roles of NBS1/MRN encompass DNA damage sensor, signal transducer, and effector, which enable cells to maintain DNA integrity and genomic stability. Forms a complex with RBBP8 to link DNA double-strand break sensing to resection. Enhances AKT1 phosphorylation possibly by association with the mTORC2 complex.

Anti-Rb/P105 RB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

Nuclear MarkerRb is a tumor suppressor gene which functions as a negative regulator of the cell cycle by interacting with transcription factors including E2F1, PU1, ATF2, UBF, Elf1 and cAbl. This ability of Rb to alter transcription is regulated by phosphorylation catalyzed by the cyclin dependent protein kinases (cdks). Rb is phosphorylated on serine and threonine, but not on tyrosine residues. It forms a complex with SV40 large T antigen, adenovirus E1A, and human papilloma virus 16E. Rb protein may act by regulating transcription and loss of its function leads to uncontrolled cell growth. Aberrations in the Rb gene have been implicated in cancers of breast, colon, prostate, kidney, nasopharynx, and leukemia.

Anti-IGSF10 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))

Supplier: Bioss

Ig (immunoglobulin) superfamily members exhibit functional characteristics including immune responses, growth factor signaling and cell adhesion. IGSF10 (immunoglobulin superfamily, member 10), also known as Calvaria mechanical force protein 608 (CMF608), is a 2,623 amino acid secreted protein that contains an N-terminal signal peptide, six leucine-rich repeats (LRRs), and 12 immunoglobulin-like repeats. IGSF10 exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms, and is expressed in bone. Specifically, expression of IGSF10 is limited to mesenchymal osteochondroprogenitors with fibroblast-like morphology, where it is thought to be involved in the maintenance of the osteochondroprogenitor cells pool and its down-regulation precedes terminal differentiation. The gene encoding IGSF10 maps to chromosome 3, which comprises over 1,100 genes that include a chemokine receptor gene cluster as well as a variety of human cancer related loci.

Anti-EI24 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5.5®)

Supplier: Bioss

This gene has higher expression in p53-expressing cells than in control cells and is an immediate-early induction target of p53-mediated apoptosis. The protein encoded by this gene contains six putative transmembrane domains and may suppress cell growth by inducing apoptotic cell death through the caspase 9 and mitochondrial pathways. This gene is located on human chromosome 11q24, a region frequently altered in cancers. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

Anti-BNIP3L Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: Bioss

Induces apoptosis. Interacts with viral and cellular anti-apoptosis proteins. Can overcome the suppressors BCL-2 and BCL-XL, although high levels of BCL-XL expression will inhibit apoptosis. Inhibits apoptosis induced by BNIP3. Involved in mitochondrial quality control via its interaction with SPATA18/MIEAP: in response to mitochondrial damage, participates to mitochondrial protein catabolic process (also named MALM) leading to the degradation of damaged proteins inside mitochondria. The physical interaction of SPATA18/MIEAP, BNIP3 and BNIP3L/NIX at the mitochondrial outer membrane regulates the opening of a pore in the mitochondrial double membrane in order to mediate the translocation of lysosomal proteins from the cytoplasm to the mitochondrial matrix. May function as a tumor suppressor.
