Exact Volume Sampling Systems (EVSS)

Optimize sampling processes with low yield, high value therapies with the Exact Volume Sampling Systems (EVSS).

• Minimize drug product loss with a dual filtered air syringe system which enables precise sample collection as well as preservation of inline product volume

• Sample outside of a bio-safety cabinet using a closed system assembly

Select a preset sampling volume ranging from 0.5 to 10.5 ml in 0.5 ml increments, ensuring consistent and accurate sampling of ±0.25 ml every time.

The EVSS is available with a TPE (C-Flex®) or PVC (Tygon®) inlet tubing option with a male luer end connection.

The EVSS can be aseptically connected to a single-use bioreactor or other source vessel using standard tube welders. It can also be aseptically sealed and removed (wet or dry) using tubing sealers such as the Genesis SE340 or handheld battery powered version SE640.

 : The single-use assemblies are individually double bagged, and gamma irradiated to Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) 10⁻⁶.
