Smart Gasket lets you take samples or readings from a sanitary line.

• Measure temperature, take a sample, or dose chemicals into your process line
• Install in between two sanitary fittings

The Smart Gasket is used as a standard sanitary gaskets with standard Tri-clamp® fittings. The gaskets have molded ports that allow either a thermocouple or sampling tubes to be inserted into the line. Order the appropriate Smart Gasket clamp separately.
