FreeZone® Bulk Tray Dryers, Labconco®

FreeZone Bulk Tray Dryers provide precise control and program flexibility for consistent performance and are designed for lyophilizing moderate to large bulk sample loads. They offer options for a built-in 6-port manifold and isolation valve.

Lyo-Works™ OS provides flexible programming and control with a real time display of freeze dryer and tray dryer parameters on a 5" full color touch screen on the connected FreeZone 6, 12, or 18 Liter Freeze Dryer (sold separately). One-touch data logging and display provides information to maximize sample quality and minimize run time. Customizable settings include language, time zone, temperature and vacuum. Alerts and feedback of current operating parameters can be sent automatically to user-entered email addresses.

Optional 6-Port Tray Dryer Manifold accommodates either ¹/₂” or ³/₄” flask adapters for flask freeze drying. The optional built-in isolation valve separates the Bulk Tray Dryer from the freeze dryer to shorten time necessary to reestablish working vacuum levels and to provide a means for determining end point.

Samples must be pre-frozen.

Certifications: 60 Hz models conform to UL Standard 61010-1 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1. 50 Hz models conform to CE Conformity marking.

Ordering information: FreeZone 6, 12, or 18 Liter Freeze Dryer with Lyo-Works OS, vacuum pump with displacement of at least 163 liters/minute, and freeze dry glassware (if not bulk freeze drying) are required (not included).
