Scroll Pumps with a displacement capacity of 189 to 195 liters/minute, dependng on the Hz of operation

Scroll Vacuum Pumps are dry pumps that use two spiral scrolls to compress air and vapors and move them toward the exhaust. It is recommended that the scrolls be changed every 40,000 hours of use. These pumps handle water vapor better than most types of pumps and make significantly less noise during operation.

Vacuum outlet is 3/4" OD. May be used with aqueous and solvent samples including acetonitrile, as well as concentration applications.

Silencer Replacement Element, Tip Seal Kit, and Bearing Service Kit are all available (sold separately).

These are completely oil-free pumps with a true hydrocarbon-free design! Not only is risk of contamination decreased but cost and frequency of maintenance are decreased as well. All models feature acid-resistant Chemraz® valves and stainless steel fittings for corrosion-resistance. These pumps have an inverter so voltage operation may be changed in the field if needed. For use with Labconco® FreeZone® Freeze Dryers. Silencer for Labconco Scroll Vacuum Pumps combines filtration efficiency with noise reduction. It prevents tip seal dust from contaminating environment and silences pump noise generated at initial pull down. The sound absorbent element is replaceable.
