Omega Bio-teks Mag-Bind SeqDTR is designed to effective and reliable removal of unincorporated terminators from sequencing reaction. The system combines Omega Bio-teks proprietary chemistry with the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of paramagnetic beads to eliminate excess nucleotides, primers, salts, and unicorporated dye terminators.

This kit is designed for both manual and fully automated purification of sequencing products, The chemistry has been successfully automated on liquid handlers such has Beckman Coulter’s Biomek FX/NX, and Hamilton STAR/Starlet. Mag-Bind SEQ DTR high recovery rate allows for decreased usage of ABI Big Dye chemistry, normally 1/16 or 1/32 reactions can be performed without a decrease in signal strength when compared to sephadex based clean-up
