Premium ESD tray inlay (22221-396) offers maximum ESD protection in addition to superior resistance to heat, abrasion, and chemicals. The soft dissipative top layer makes it ideal for use in soldering and assembly areas. Economy tray inlays are not recommended for use in soldering applications.

This cart and tray system facilitates efficient tracking of work-in-process and finished goods with the use of bar code technology. Carts and trays can also be color-coded for easy sorting and categorizing through the use of colored labels (not included). A detent system allows pulled-out trays to be suspended from the cart for optimum ergonomic access. Molded from Metrostat™ material, system provides premium ESD protection for sensitive electronic parts. SmartTray trays can be used with all bottom-load tray cart designs, Metro and non-Metro models, as well as conveyor systems.

 : Each cart comes complete with four vibration suppression casters (two brake and two swivel), a grounding cable, and two stop bars. Short SmartTray carts include two push handles. Color-coding labels are available; contact your Avantor representative for more information.
