Shell Vials

The 1 ml, 8×35 mm vials are designed for use in Alcott model 728 autosamplers. The 1 ml, 8×40 mm vials are specifically designed for Waters® 96-position trays. The 2 ml vial will work on any standard size 2 ml tray. The 4 ml vial is compatible with Waters® 48-position trays. Shell vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass unless otherwise specified.

SepCap™ closures are designed for easy syringe needle penetration and easy push-in/pull-out from vial.

Conical-style Polyspring® inserts are available in borosilicate glass or polypropylene.

Certifications: Certified vial kits are tested and certified to meet or exceed up to 17 critical performance parameters; certificate enclosed with kit.

Delivery information: Vials are supplied with polyethylene push-in caps or polypropylene SepCap™ closures. Convenience kits include vials and caps with pre-inserted septa.
