QLA manufactures a wide selection of Precision Molded and Standard Glass Vessels for most dissolution testers.

UltraCenter Precision Vessels are manufactured using a unique molded process which provides a precise and consistent inside diameter and spherical radius resulting in more reproducible dissolution test results. They are compatible with most dissolution baths. QLA's molded Apex vessels are patent pending.

We have the solution if you are having problems with vessel centering. The QLA AccuCenter Bracket provides ultimate centering accuracy on most dissolution baths (both old and new). It is adjustable and designed to center the vessel from the inside diameter and not the outside. When used with our UltaCenter Precision Vessels with glass or plastic rims, extreme centering accuracy can be achieved. Note: Standard glass vessels cannot be used in the AccuCenter Bracket.

Plastic Rimmed Vessels were designed to help minimize glass rim breakage that can occur in the lab. All QLA plastic rim vessels are dishwasher safe.

All vessels meet the physical dimensions of the USP and have a hemispherical bottom which should be perfectly rounded with no obvious defects. QLA glass vessels are acid etched, or laser marked on plastic rim, with a unique serial number and come with a Certificate of Conformance (COC), where applicable.

Certifications: All vessels are supplied with a Certificate of Conformance (COC) stating that they are USP compliant, where applicable, and that they meet machine manufacturer specifications. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available at an extra cost.
