Designed for easy integration into OEM designs wherever precision fluid handling is needed.

  • Precise flowrates up from 0.12 to 7600 ml/min depending on pump head (3 to 600 rpm)

    Designed to accept a variety of Masterflex® L/S® Series pump heads

    Dependable design features IP 66 Ingress protection for spray and wipe down cleanability

    High efficiency brushless DC motor, CE rated for low electrical noise

    I/O control features include analog speed control, direction, tach output, open head sensor alarm, and general alarm

    Multichannel capability with dual channel pump head option

    More than 20 tubing formulations to support chemical and compliance requirements

    Customizable options available

Applications include Biopharma production, testing and research; Laboratory instrumentation; Air and liquid sampling devices; Food and beverage dispensing; Ink and printing; Industrial fluid transfer; Wastewater management

L/S OEM panel mount drives are designed to incorporate Masterflex peristaltic pumping technology into OEM product designs. These models feature an IP 66 ingress protection to ensure proper seal during cleaning and for use in critical environments. The BLDC motors provide a combination of efficiency and long term durability, and support full flow range up to 2 bar with most pump head options. Choose Easy-Load II for left to right flow paths, or choose High-Performance heads for same size and exit and higher viscosity. Speciality pumps heads are available for unique applications. Customized options and alternative designs available.
