The tests are performed in four color coded test tubes, one each for pH, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potash. A dropper is provided to facilitate transfererring the test solution into the test tubes. The kit also includes a pamphlet with pH preferences for hundreds of plants, including vegetables, herbs, flowers, trees, shrubs, fruits, grasses, and house plants.
