The E.Z.N.A.® Total RNA Kit I provides a simple and rapid method for the isolation of up to 100 µg of total RNA from cultured eukaryotic cells and soft tissues

This kit enables simultaneous multiple sample processing in less than 20 minutes. Normally up to 1x10^7 eukaryotic cells or 30 mg tissue can be used in a single experiment. Purified RNA can be used in many downstream applications such as RT-PCR, Northern Blotting, Nuclease Protection Assay, and in vitro translation.
