G­Biosciences' Toothpick™ systems eliminate the need for growing overnight cultures, performing minipreps, and purifying or isolating the plasmid DNA, thus producing much faster results. G-Biosciences’ simple, 5 minute protocol is as easy as picking a bacterial colony and adding it to our Toothpick™ solution.

An added advantage of using our Toothpick™­PCR is that the supplied Glow™ Loading Dye minimizes the need to stain with ethidium bromide, therefore reducing exposure and the many problems associated with its use and disposal.
