Dual application dry chemistry vacuum systems feature reliable and powerful pumps to provide whisper-quiet vacuum operation with integrated solvent recovery accessories
- Whisper-quiet
- Integrated flow control for two applications
- Check-valves minimize interaction
- Typical service interval >15,000 operating hours
- Energy-efficient
- Space-saving design
Pump systems are engineered for high-performance operation, with flow rates up to 40% higher than competitive models at working vacuum levels. The chemistry-design diaphragm vacuum pumps feature flowpaths constructed of materials with excellent corrosion resistance, such as PTFE heads and diaphragms. Units are also equipped with a glass ballast to provide consistent pump performance with condensed vapors. These pumps eliminate the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated oil associated with rotary vane pumps. Flow control and solvent recovery accessories are constructed of premium, corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass. Pumps typically operate 10,000 to 15,000 hours between scheduled service.
Synchro systems feature two flow controlled vacuum ports. The CVC3000 vacuum controller and solenoid valve found on each electronically controlled vacuum port, allows up to 10 vacuum pumping programs, as well as different vacuum supply modes with an intuitive graphic interface. Check valves between ports minimize the chance of interference between applications. Flow controlled vacuum ports allow the operation of a less demanding vacuum application.
