This seamless coating, on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, protects surfaces from harsh chemicals and eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that may corrode.

For added protection, the shelf has a poly liner to catch drips, and the bottom sump features a polyethylene tray that is removable for easy cleaning. All cabinets feature a three-point, self-adjusting lock and back wall vents with built-in flash arresters positioned at the lower left and top right. Adjustable leg levelers raise or lower the cabinet 1.6 cm (⁵/₈") at each corner. Durable powder-coat paint resists solvents, acids, and alkalies. Cabinets are supplied with labels to be placed on the cabinet exterior.

Fully compliant, premium safety cabinets are designed for safe storage and venting of solvents and flammable or corrosive liquids. A 10.2H×7.6D cm (4×3") kickplate conforms to most laboratory furniture. Cabinets feature fully welded, double-wall, 18-gauge steel construction with 3.8 cm (³/₂") of insulating air space. A 5.1 cm (2") sump captures spills. A galvanized steel shelf is adjustable on 5.7 cm (⁹/₄") centers and has a load capacity of 159 kg (350 lbs.).
