These yellow powder-coated metal lockout/lock box combination stations provide components for locking out different valves, plugs, and electrical and mechanical control points
Stations can also come equipped with six safety padlocks (89008-176) or six steel padlocks (89008-178). These stations also include 12 “Do Not Operate” tags made of reusable heavy-duty encapsulated polyester and a nylon cable tie for each tag.
They include a cabinet with one adjustable shelf and a lock box attached at the bottom that can hold up to 10 locks (depending on lock size). Stations can be locked closed and have lockout safety tips printed on the inside door.
Ordering information: All stations include one each of the following components: 120V snap-on breaker lockout, 120/277V clamp-on breaker lockout with one cleat, 480/600V clamp-on breaker lockout with one cleat, universal multi-pole breaker lockout, oversized breaker lockout, wall switch lockout, 110V plug lockout, 3-in-1 plug lockout, 2.5–6.4cm (1–21/2") gate valve lockout, and a 2.5–16.5cm (1–61/2") adjustable gate valve lockout.
