The small inoculating turntable accommodates 100 mm Petri dishes. This 76.2 mm (3") high turntable has a tripod base to bring work to approximately eye level. The center disk is covered with nonskid rubber.
The large inoculating turntable accommodates 100 mm or 150 mm Petri dishes. This 32 mm (11/4") high turntable is ideal for steadying forearm on the work surface while plating. It contains two circular sections: a top section that has a raised gripper lip, and a recessed center disk that is covered with nonskid rubber.
Cast iron turntables are coated with gray baked acrylic enamel.
