cDNA Synthesis and qPCR in a single tube. Highly concentrated 4X mix allows increased sample and viral input. This optimizes sample sensitivity with small reaction volumes. Engineered for use with a wide range of probe technologies including TaqMan®, Scorpions® and molecular beacon probes.
