Sign posts are ideal for mounting and installing traffic, utility, and industrial signs

Standard U-channel posts have a baked-green enamel finish on hot-rolled, high-tensile strength steel, allowing for years of maintenance-free performance. These sign posts weigh 0.9kg/linear meter (2lbs./linear foot) and have 9.5mm (³/₈") holes, 2.5cm (1") on center. To fasten signs onto standard U-channel posts, use the vandal-proof Tufnut fastener. The Tufnut fastener is an 8mm (⁵/₁₆") plated steel nut that secures tightly to prevent sign theft. Complete Tufnut set includes 2 bolts, 2 washers, and 3 Tufnut fasteners.

Tuff-N-Light™ posts are made of a lightweight, composite material that is maintenance-free. They are available in closed or open profile styles. Closed profile posts are six times torsionally stronger than steel posts and are pointed for easy installation. Open profile posts are for signs up to 30.5x45.7cm (12x18") in size. To fasten signs onto Tuff-N-Light™ U-channel posts, use Nuloc I™ or Nuloc II™ fasteners. The Nuloc™ I nylon fastener is maintenance-free and can be applied and taken off easily without the use of tools. The Nuloc II™ nylon fastener features adjustable tightening and may be reused, or its slip wings can be cut off for permanent applications. Both Nuloc™ sets includes two stems and two clips.

Two types of sign posts are available: standard U-channel posts and Tuff-N-Light™ U-channel posts.
