Wipers are made from a fully cross-linked, naturally hydrophillic polyurethane foam and laundered with a proprietary process in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) environment.

Wipers are particle-trapping, abrasion-resistant, thermally stable, solvent-resistant, nonpyrogenic, and feature a sponge-like feel and softness, making them suitable for the wipedown of ISO Class 3 and Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5 and Class 10/M2.5) cleanrooms, optical surfaces, and hot and aseptic fill areas.

They are engineered specifically to minimize contaminants released from the wiper while maximizing the amount of particulates and residue removed from surfaces.
