Our PureCube octyl agarose resin is a suspension of purification beads for Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC).

- Long-term storage: Store as lyophilized powder for up to 12 months at 2 to 8 °C. Alternatively, aliquot contents and freeze at –20 °C for up to six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws
Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) is a reliable method to separate proteins and other biomolecules based on their hydrophobicity. If you use HIC with your sample for the first time we recommend testing all of our HIC resins before.
