The naica® PCR MIX is a ready-to-use two-component solution optimized for EvaGreen® fluorescent intercalating dye-based Crystal Digital PCR®.

The naica® PCR MIX was specially-formulated to ensure optimal performance for EvaGreen® fluorescent intercalating dye-based Crystal Digital PCR® on the Nio™+ and naica® systems. The unique 10X concentration liberates a rection volume that can instead be utilized by additional sample input, which provides superior detection sensitivity for low concentration samples and rare targets.
