This kit is suited to determine the optimal transfection conditions for any mammalian smooth muscle cell type that lacks a cell type specific optimized protocol for the Nucleofector® 2b device (or older generations I or II). In a first experiment a selection of different Nucleofector® programs is tested in combination with the basic Nucleofector® solution for epithelial cells.

Applications: kit suited for fibroblasts from different mammalian species and various organs, already tested for macaque dermal fibroblasts bovine fibroblasts human colon myofibroblasts mouse lung fibroblasts etc.
