Units have relative humidity accuracy of ±2.5% and temperature accuracy of ±1.5 °C. The Walk-in chambers feature duct work for proper distribution of air and have highly insulated room panels with U value of only 0.21 W/min⁻²K together with LED lighting with motion detector. The high quality room elements are made in Germany, these are galvanized sheet steel, polyester coated, white, similar to RAL 9010, interior surfaces in stainless steel, 4" / 100 mm PU foam U value: 0.21 W/min⁻²K. The interior is made entirely of stainless steel and there is exterior service accessibility. The floor overlay is chrome-nickel steel, pattern-rolled 5WL and the surface load is 50000 N/m⁻².

Temperature uniformity at 40 °C and 75% RH is 1.5 ± K.
